Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes has been rated by famous Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu. The score is certainly one Kojima Productions can be proud of, the game received two 9 scores and two 10 scores, for a total of 38/40.

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes (PS4/PS3/360) – 10/9/9/10

This puts it among the highest rated games in this week’s issue of Famitsu. A good start, to say the least!

I’m expecting the same scores by the rest of the gaming sites that respect themselves.

English is not my first language so, if l might have worded it like it fits best in my language. If it is worded wrong l’m sorry. What do you mean you can’t agree btw?

No I was being serious the “that respect themselves” made me laugh I couldn’t tell it’s not your first language. It’s a lot better than most horrible English I have to read in the states haha. When I say I “can not” I mean there is no way I can agree with you more, basically.

Oh so you’re on my side, cool bro. 😉

    • George, I want to be with you on this one… But I think this is going to be destroyed by Western media because of the short campaign.
I just hope that there are a LOT of gaming sites that respect themselves.
      Cheers.

      • Why do you think that everyone that has played says it’s great and say it’s not a two hour game so I think it will get good reviews everywhere like every metal gear game does

          • I saw there preview they didn’t seem to understand the series sounded like the guy had never payed attention to the games I think he even mixed up solid snake with big boss, they still enjoyed the game though so I think it will still get a pretty high score but not as high as other sites will give it

        • I suck at playing MG, and it took me 183 minutes to finish the main mission. A skilled player can finish it in less than an hour. Then you have de side missions, but of course they doesn’t count for the story..

Unfortunately, I think that will be the case. I can see reviews ranging in the low 80s, even though the game will kick ass. People just complain too much nowadays, they should just enjoy the friggin’ game!

As the guy looks off into the distance after being mind-r@ped by the awesomeness that is Metal Gear Solid 5 Ground Zeroes. He contemplates how his existence is such a conflaboration compared to the perfection that is Kojima’s work (and Kojima). 😀

I hope everyone here enjoys MGSV Ground Zeroes.

Looks like i’ll be passing this one seeing as i have tons of things already on my way(Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD CE is next tuesday) Mardock Scramble Third Combustion Movie, Then Evangelion: 3.33 You Can (Not) Redo BD then april Vinlanda Saga, Steins Gate Limited Edition, then June Attack on Titan LE BD/ Manga/ artbook.

So yeah i hope everyone enjoys the game! I don’t mind being late to the party, took me around 2010 to finally play MGS4 for the first time.

So i’m in no hurry on playing the game ^^

Why don’t you run through the main story and then come back to it and 100% it later? At least this way you don’t have to worry about accidentally running into a spoiler.

I just somewhere that Europe didn’t have the reversible cover. That’s lame if it’s true, I mean how hard could it be to just print the Damn thing haha. I also heard that there’s a code or link in each game to watch a trailer after you finish Ground Zeroes. Has anyone seen this?

I hope that’s not true (The Europe thing) I’d be so sad. And I think that was a rumor, not sure

          • crimsonfox

Yeah I hope it’s available to Europe too.The majority of poeple on this site are from Europe, including the owner of this site. Everyone should honestly get this double sided cover.

I was expecting the perfect score, considering the excellent relations between Kojima and Famitsu. For sure, TPP will get 40/40.
