The Collector’s Edition for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain contained some downloadable content for both the single player and Metal Gear Online. Now, Konami has released these items for the PlayStation and Xbox stores as well, for €/$ 0.99 a piece.

I dont get why there is some people complaining about this for “losing the exclusivity”.
For me, and my version is the day one, it’s not about losing the exclusivity. It’s about them twisting the meaning of “exclusivity” in favor of their wallets
Imagine someone, who is a fan of MG series, and when Konami anounced some collector’s version, he decided to buy it cause that’s the only way to get some “exclusive items”. So he pays much more, and then suddenly Konami announces this shit. This fan could have wait and buy the stuff later, without any kinda “for real fans only” labels.

It’s the ugly world of the gaming industry we live in. Where usual offenders are countless useless dlcs and the worst offenders are things like season passes where they sell you the rest of the game after you pay full retail. It’s bad.

I kinda want the Adamska special for style purposes and the MTP5 since it’s not a gun in the game, but otherwise I don’t really care for any of this to be honest since the MGO stuff won’t be available to me (PC).

I was wondering: what if you replay the Cloaked in silence Extreme
mission whit Quiet as buddy? Also: if you replay mission 41, will Quiet
leave again? Or: if you replay A Quiet exit (let’s say, to complete some
tasks), will she leave? Can you have her back, replaying Cloaked in
silence (Reunion)?

I don’t think she leaves again. And if she does, her mission tag was changed to reunion so makes sense to get her back. But again I don’t think she leaves. On the other question you can’t pls her boss fight with her as a buddy! There are enough clones on this game xD specially in mi game that the interpreters are multiplying like bunnies… 26…. I digress. TLDR don’t worry, you won’t lose her again 🙂
Thanks for the answer. The fact is, when you trigger Quiet boss battle, you start with the buddy chosen in the last mission; so, what happens if you chose Quiet? No buddy or game crash? Or, worse, save crash? It would be, let’s say, a little pissing off after over 700 hours…
What no. If you start a mission you go to the prepare screen, there as you can see quiet won’t be there and on the buddy selection menu she wont be there too. You never replayed her boss fight when you had her before?!
