Konami has released details on an upcoming Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain update releasing next week, on August 1st. This update allows you to use Ocelot as a playable character in the FOB mode, giving you some advantages in firefights such as the ability to reload faster and ricochet bullets. Some new costumes will also be added, new
