Original story:
Konami has just announced they will be releasing a PlayStation 4 Pro upgrade patch tomorrow for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. This patch will make use of the upgraded hardware to deliver a higher visual experience, usually a higher resolution and some added effects. The exact benefits this upgrade will bring aren’t clear yet.
It took a while, but better late than never, and good news for those with a PS4 Pro. Also, the game is currently still available for free for people with a PlayStation Plus subscription.
