MGSV: The Phantom Pain tops Media Create and Famitsu charts

The sales charts of both Media Create and Famitsu have been revealed, and although the exact numbers are somewhat different, both tell us two things: MGSV tops the Japanese charts (PS4 version at 1 and PS3 version at 2), and PlayStation 4 hardware sales have increased significantly over last week, no doubt as a result of MGSV.
