Kojima says Ground Zeroes is not Project Ogre

Kojima posted a message on his Twitter regarding Project Ogre. Many have assumed Ground Zeroes and Project Ogre are actually the same game, but this doesn’t seem to be the case after all.

While I am happy to know people liked “MGS Ground Zeroes”, I’m sick & tired of people keep asking me like “is that project Ogre?” here in Seattle everyday. Project Ogre is what the project that Ogre appears. Ogre does not appear in “MGS Ground Zeroes” trailer.

Kojima has stated before that Project Ogre will involve actual ogres, or demons, and that it’s different from Metal Gear Solid.
