Yoji Shinkawa shows work from his portfolio presented to Konami in 1994

On December 21st of last year, Yoji Shinkawa held a lecture at the Kyoto Seika University, where he graduated in 1994 shortly before joining Konami. During the presentation he showed the 150 plus students who where attending his portfolio that he used during his job interview with Konami 23 years ago. It contains a variety of artworks in many diverse styles, from watercolor paintings to sketches.

Shinkawa contributed to many of Konami’s games, including of course Metal Gear, but also Zone of the Enders and Policenauts, until departing from the company in 2015 to join Hideo Kojima at his new studio.
