Here’s how Death Stranding did in the US during its launch month

The US sales results for the month of November are in, and so we can get an idea of how Death Stranding has done. The game came out in a competitive month, and was beaten by Pokemon Sword and Shield, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Madden NFL 20 (although those games released in October and June respectively). Still, Death Stranding did well. In the overall top sellers list, the new Kojima Productions title enters at number 7.

1. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019
2. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
3. Pokemon Sword
4. Pokemon Sword and Shield Double Pack
5. Pokemon Shield
6. Madden NFL 20
7. Death Stranding
8. NBA 2K20
9. Need for Speed: Heat
10. Luigi’s Mansion 3

Also, keep in mind that most games in the list released on multiple platforms (with the exception of Pokemon Sword and Shield and Luigi’s Mansion 3). In the top 10 list for just the PS4, Death Stranding enters at number 3, only beaten by Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
