Kojima: this time I’ve chosen the latest tech called performance capture

Yesterday we learned Kojima was ‘back in the field’, and we saw some pictures of him in what looks like Sony’s Visual Arts Service Group studio in San Diego. Today he was there again, working with the performance capture technology.

Kojima: “When I started Mocap it was magnetic and not wireless. It’s been 18 years since then. This time I’ve chosen the latest tech called Pcap [performance capture] by using virtual camera. Technology always evolves and it changes our way of developing but it’s always fun to work on this.”
