Metal Gear Art Studio Website updated
The Metal Gear Art Studio website already went live a few days ago, but today Konami officially started the drawing contest.
On the website you can read about the series, Yoji Shinkawa and Hideo Kojima, and there will soon be an ‘Ask Shinkawa’ section. The main page is a gallery of submitted work people have drawn, and at the top you can see four canvasses being live drawn. So you can see the artworks unfold before your eyes.
There are four categories were people will compere in with their drawings:
- Raiden (running now until February 24)
- Mechs and vehicles (from February 25 until March 17)
- Snake (from March 18 until April 7)
- Female characters (from April 8 until April 28)
- Male characters (from April 29 until May 12)
With the current contest (Raiden) you can win a Metal Gear Rising European Limited Edition. The winners are choses by Shinkawa himself. But even if you’re not going to participate, it’s worth checking out for the beautiful artworks already submitted by fans worldwide.
