A peek inside the offices of Kojima Productions LA
The new Metal Gear Online is being developed by Kojima Productions’ brand new Los Angeles based studio. On the official MGO Twitter account, some pictures along with information on the building were shared.
“Our office is adjacent to the warehouses that built famous aircrafts such as the H-4 Hercules.”
“The building we’re in includes two floors with a view of those warehouses and a secondary building with a theatre.”
“While the building is a historic site it has been remodeled to house our technical infrastructure.”
“We’ll share a little more about our offices now and then. Also be sure to keep sending #MGO feedback!”
The studio also wanted to remind the fans of the fact that they take feedback very seriously:
“Wanted to take a moment to remind you all that not only are we asking for feedback but we’re taking that in and discussing all of it. Know that we’re continually listening to everyone’s thoughts via Twitter replies and reading the community feedback you’re leaving us. No ones thoughts are left out and we want everyone from MGO veterans to those who’ve never touched a Metal Gear title to weigh in.”
“You are all so awesome! So many more responses today. Monday’s reporting is looking pretty colorful! Reminder: keep things civil between each other. Opinions from all angles are more than welcome, save that heat for the MGO battlefield.”

That image with those billion screens and consoles is just so awesome lol :D.

Everybody looking at the photos and be like
This photo seems to have been taken very early. No one has come in yet. Maybe Kojima is indeed the janitor. You know, like in the video from Mega64 where he is vacuumming.
Great working environment.
Apologizes for slightly off-topic question. But what do you folks think of the upcoming PlayStation Now streaming system for Ps4? Or has it been available already in America lol xD? o_O

As PS4 don’t have backward compatibility…so I think it’s pretty cool idea. Especially for those who did not own PS3 can then play older games on PS4, I hope we get many PS1-PS3 games for it :). For example it gonna get MGS4 and bunch of other amazing games. I will try it although the price of 45$/3month is pretty high.
Now just hoping it would come to Europe some day…well at least I haven’t seen it available on my PS4 :P.
Not too interested in any digital distribution service, but it could be nice for some people.
at first it was goodish with prices but the new raise it price kindof broke it
I think is BS, is Sony way of putting PlayStation user to pay for what the PS4 should of had at launch as an Off-Line feature, Backwards Compatibility, HELL, the Wii U is Backwards Compatible.
I agree it is kinda BS, but still kind of cool idea that PS4 owners at least somehow get to play older games. It should have had backwards compatibility, ’cause I got loads of old PS3 games etc but now my PS4 can’t play them :P. And I gave my PS3 to little bro xD….
Which is why you shouldn’t support this, and instead claim what you need and Deserve, Backwards Compatibility Update.
PS: I herd that Microsoft is working on making X1 Backwards Compatible.
Hmm yeah you do have a good point there. Also I didn’t know MS is working on something like that, but that’s really great. I just wonder how long it would take for Sony to add Backwards Compatibility to PS4, if it’s even possible to do :(.
I mean it took them a full year or longer just to add stuff that PS3 had like Youtube application and mp3 support etc, which were some that many wanted much earlier :C.
Is possible, but they won’t do it, they have PS Now and people using it, by doing it they would make PS Now irrelevant.
There’s been an open beta in the US and the idea is beautiful, but prices are criminal.
hmmmm nice flooring
Nice setups!
best developer of all time
Not really, all these years Kojima Productions only made for 1 Company, 1 Platform per Generation, so i also can’t call Naughty Dog a Great Developer, i have no idea how good would they be doing Multiplatform, which is why Rockstar North is for me The Best Studio Developer.
