Re-enact Metal Gear Solid’s REX battle with this set

In celebration of Metal Gear’s 25th Anniversary Konami is releasing a 1/100 scale model of Metal Gear REX. The figure is 22 cm high, and made of plastic.

Aside from the famous bipedal tank, the set also comes with four characters: Solid Snake holding a Stinger, Liquid Snake for in the cockpit, and two versions of Gray Fox, one of which has been stepped on by REX.

The packaging art for this set has been designed by Yoji Shinkawa. It will be out in December this year for a price of 8000 yen.

Update November 2021: Kotobukiya has made a reproduction of this item available for a limited time, releasing in April of 2022. You can find it here.
