A bit of info on gear customization in Metal Gear Online
Through Twitter, the developers of the new Metal Gear Online have shared some information on the gear customization that will be present in the game, as well as a picture with some examples.
“We have a little bit of info to share on MGO tonight, many of you have had questions about the gear customization. The game allows players to access different gear types, and one nice feature is the ability to change color, or even patterns on most gear. To demonstrate this, here is a shot of two identical pieces of gear, modified in color and pattern:
On launch there should be plenty of ways for players to modify their gear and take on a unique persona on the battlefield.”

I have just been so excited about the game all this time that I seem to forget about the online mode but I am very happy that once I am done with the single player which will take an extremely long time, I’m glad I will have the online to try out, I never played too much of mgo2 but this one should be a lot if fun and I look forward to seeing what it’s like.
I like how they sneakily show us that there will be a croc cap, too. DON’T THINK I DON’T SEE THAT.

This is a good thing though, as I plan to stay off the internet around that time to avoid spoilers.

That Croc hat used to cost a bunch! Lol that was the beauty of the game tho, grinding so hard to get the outfits and gear no one else had.

The only thing i’m really worried is if i will be able to play stealthy and still win a game whwre everyone is blazing their way through the map. Anyone sharw my concerns?

For me, it is. I don’t mind people going rambo (even tho its tactical SPIONAGE operations), but i don’t want to feel the need of doing it to win.
They still never clarified whether or not we can expect to see female characters in MGO.
Yes, they did, don’t remember where, but i read that effectivelly, there will be girls. So don’t worry 🙂
