Release Date Announced for MGS HD Collection Vita

In a press release for retailers, Konami has officially announced the release date for the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection for the PlayStation Vita. Costing $39,99, the day the game will be launched is June 12th 2012, which is exactly four years after MGS4’s release and also the day the MGO servers will shut down.

Keep in mind, this is the American release date, in Europe the game doesn’t have an exact date yet, and is planned for late June.
