Metal Gear Rising Special Edition announced for Japan
Konami has announced Metal Gear Rising Special Edition for Japan. This bundle includes:
- Metal Gear Rising Revengeance for PlayStation 3 in a special metallic
- All downloadable missions: 30 VR Missions (including the wooden sword), Jetstream DLC and Blade Wold DLC
- All characters skins: MGS4 Raiden, Inferno Armor, Commando Armor, White Armor and Cyborg Ninja
- Metal Gear Rising themes for PlayStation 3
The game is set for release in Japan on December 12th this year, and will cost 2232 yen on the Konami Style website. It will also be available for downloadable on PSN.

the US also had a Ultimate Edition which includes all the DLC missions as well as pre order armors

shame this is only Digital and it’s pricey as hell(it was 50$ during a PS+ only sale a few months back)
I was tempted to get this edition seeing i didn’t get the White Armor, but i’ll wait and see if they would bring a similar edition like this outside of Japan.
would also love a JPN Voice option as well!!
Yeah, this seems to be a much better deal, and it has a cool box as well. They might bring it to the west, we’ll have to wait and see.
oh btw i noticed the wooden sword is the Solid Snake spirit sword right?
