Some (tiny) new Ground Zeroes screens from Famitsu

Japan’s weekly gaming magazine Famitsu published some new screenshots of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes. Here are the images taken from scans, unfortunately they are very small.

There wont be any boss fights in gz. Game informer confirmed it in a podcast the other day.

Yeah, as far as the main game goes, they said they didn’t know when it came to the side stuff. That said, I bet there won’t be any, but one can hope.

That last pic that shows Big Boss entering an armored vehicle is a first for Ground Zeroes. Only in TPP we have seen that. I wanna get inside one of these armored vehicles and start a war on the base! I wonder if the fences and other stuff are destructible. Have we seen any destructibility in the game? I don’t think so.

We have actually seen a picture of Snake attacking from a tank in one of Gameinformer’s screens for Ground Zeroes.

George, this is a screenshot from Ground Zeroes. + You can destroy towers, barrels. You can’t destroy a lot though. It is still a stealth game where destruction is not at GZ core.
But hey, I’m sure you can start the war at Camp Omega and have your own fun though.

No matter the size, every last morsel of imagery I get is enough!! …. and yet I hunger for more…

I like the fact that lockpicking in this game matters. I wanted this feature since MGS3 but dunno why they never implemented that.
It’s going to be interesting to see how lockpicking will play in GZ’s stealth mechanics. One thing for sure that doors that you open makes noise.

    Awesome.
