Later today, at 3PM PST, Hideo Kojima will be holding a Comic Con San Diego Talk with Geoff Keighley. This event will be live streamed, and you’ll be able to watch the stream below, or by following this link.

In terms of movies Ridley is really hit or miss. I love some of his films, and dislike others. Alien, Blade Runner and Prometheus – masterpieces…

If you’re wondering why is just a little off topic, it’s because Jordan Vogt Roberts, the Director of this Movie is makint the Metal Gear Movie, so we can make an idea about how this guy directs, and how that would fit or not the Metal Gear Movie!

Yeah, but the fact Kojima said “new trailer?!” and not teaser or small info makes me think it’ll be an actual trailer. I’m cautiously optimistic about the length of it is.

But Kojima tweeted about Mads Mikkelsen for so long before this. I suspected that he can be another one for this title. I don’t know but if that is true, my jaw will be dropped.
Mads Mikkelsen is a crazy actor. He is so good. So good.

God Mads as character in Death Stranding would be amazing, he plays villains so well.
If he will be in DS,.. wooh… I’m not sure that he will play an Evil character (thought his evil characters in TV shows and Movies are AMAZING), because it would be too cliche for Kojima. Maybe he is our support or another playable character. Who knows.
Hmm if he was another playable character i would assume it would have showed in the trailer along with Reedus, even tough Kojima likes to keep surprises till the very end of development.

TL;RD: Kojima said it clear with the character of Skull Face, he doesn’t want to loose his identity by talking in English, hence the Translator!

What I means is.. If kojima speaks in english it would consume less time compared to him having a translator translating geff’s words to him and kojima words to geff/the audience. Time is gold.. He would have finished the live stream today in half the time he did if he spoke english directly.

Honestly I wouldn’t expect anything substantial until E3. Maybe we’ll see something at TGS? But we have to remember how early it is for DS; it seems to me a miracle that they were able to get that teaser out so soon.

So, does anyone still think Ludens has something to do with ‘Death Stranding’ regardless of the many times Kojima has said otherwise? I mean, using Ludens in an image in combination with the phrase “I’ll keep coming” while using a song titled with that same phrase for the DS trailer, plus all the extra details showcased in that interview about the Ludens’ design would lead me to think that he is more than just a mascot.
Also didn’t Kojima make mentions before about DS treating death/game-overs differently from what is conventional with video games? I wonder if Norman’s character is stranded in his own death, probably suspended in some kind of dimension…..???

As it says in the beginning, it’s not a finished Trailer, it was made for the Hal H people, but released online anyway, for the fans, before the real “Public” Trailer will be eventually released!
