This is how many nuclear weapons are active right now for each version of MGSV
As most of you will know, in order to trigger the ‘Nuclear disarmament’ event in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, players will have to get rid of all nukes developed by other players, per version of the game (Xbox 360, PS3, PS4, Xbox One and PC). For more information on this, go here.
Now, Konami has provided an overview of the actual number of weapons owned per platform, and they will keep updating this number through Twitter. The amounts of nukes per November 1st and November 25th are as follows.

We will be updating the amount of nuclear weapons owned per platform regularly through our official twitter accounts.
As you can see Xbox 360 is the closest to the goal of having zero nuclear weapons, and the number for PC is quite dramatic in comparison to the rest (likely due to the ability to cheat on this platform).

At the moment I can’t risk with fobs because with my slow connection I always get disconnected and I just lose gmp.
And I always die in fob.
Yeah getting connection issues sucks during FOB invade >:C… I often get my ass kicked lol, fighting another player can be quite challenging.
It is also a lot of fun if we are successful. I usually suck at FOB but I remember during one of my first invasions improvising / throwing a dude out of his own platform in the ocean !? xD I tried to CQC him in a hurry/panic and quickly decided that throwing him in the water was a good / best option. It worked sooo well. 😀

Many Console gamers burn through games and then go onto the next one. Most pc gamers are more engrossed in the big titles. Far more Fob action on pc than consoles. I’m ranked 2000 something and the amount of invasions/defense is exhausting. Also you make or steal a nuke and you’re invaded ten seconds later.
I see now / understand. I am not much in frag-business anymore but got your point. I am not sure but bet FOB were easier to synchronize on PC compare to all those console-manufacturers networks. THX for the hint !
If anyone from those guys at #NEVERBEGAMEOVER is here, and you are still planning on that huge nuclear proliferation raid, May I suggest the guys playing on Xbox 360 try the opossite and destroy the remaining nukes instead? It may even be quite easy as their number is so low right now, and we will finaly get an answer if that triggers something on one server at least.
They are so inspecting every single bit out there that something tells me they are on it like hell now. Honestly, that’s cool and fun because they stay tuned on every single micro-stuff, a true love for MG.
yea i always survey the part where i can see who owns a nuke and its always empty, if theres one its been invaded, but luckily i got one from a low level FOB
With the amount of cheaters on the PC version, I can’t honestly say I’m surprised.
Surprisingly I am quite impressed that people are putting in effort in disarming nukes. Pretty drastic drop in numbers of existing nukes for each gaming platform after 24 days …
I regret building a nuke. No one was invading me when I had one and now I’m stuck with this giant horn in my head because it shot my demon score up something crazy.
I got rid of the full sized horn in less than 10 minutes after I’d finished completion of the nuke. I went to the animal sanctuary, dismantled the nuke whilst I was there and then when I went back on the chopper the horn had went down to medium size, just playing the way I normally play the horn was right back down to normal again after a day or two.
Guessing I didn’t have a lot of demon points before building the nuke, I try not to kill anyone unless it’s to get out of a sticky situation.
Had to replay the white mamba mission 5 times and disarm 9 nukes just to get rid of demon snake.
Xbox One seems to suck pretty hard lol

Only anime I regularly watch is Hellsing Ultimate Abridged but there’s only one episode a year. I watched a bit of Akira recently and rather enjoyed it but didn’t finish it.
Tbh haven’t watched a whole lot of Scarlett’s films. Just Marvel stuff and the Spongebob movie plus We Bought a Zoo. Shame on me.

This one is a true gem besides being also a huge technical challenge when they produced it. Some crucial scenes have a much higher framerate, which gave a brand new fluidity sensation at this time. It was so tedious to draw some much frames with old equipment.. A real master piece of animation.

In those days I used to go on foot long distances. Now I can’t. I use the delivery box or after finishing a mission I just pause the game and go back to the main menu.
I did too. I don’t use the delivery c-box though so much, it’s not that I couldn’t but I always forget to use it in the field lol. And I kinda enjoy going with my D-Horse for example :).
Looking forward to find out what extra audio Japanese version has, like GZ had too.

Wow, looks like the PC community is united…actually no, this shows that the entire Metal Gear community, whether is PC, Play Station or Xbox is united as one, with 1 purpose, getting rid of all nuclear wareheads from TPP!
Conclusion: This is how as a Game Developer/Publisher you stop the PC/Console Wars, give us a Common goal, and as Gamers we will achieve it, and leave our platforms behind…this is one thing that i hope more game Developers/Publishers would do, this is one of the few good things Konami has done with TPP!
And i will be proud to join that goal once i get my hands on my copy of MGSV in a month ^^

Never built a nuke. Seemed like…like betrayal of the whole series, a spit to the face. Might do it one day for the achievement, but not so sure.

Me too! By the time I built mine, my heroism was so high that building a nuke was negligible to my heroism point and when I dismantled it my horn was more or less in the same spot.

This is so dumb. This random scene is so difficult to unlock that they have to tell you everything. What the hell is the point of even having this scene?
All it takes is just one player to make a nuke and dump the game – no cutscene for you, suckers.
It’s super difficult yeah, but I think it’s kinda cool to have something like this that unity the players to work together. I haven’t seen something like this done often in video games. But it’s so easy to block getting this if someone keep making them :(…which is silly.
Console platforms are pretty low on nukes so maybe they can get it, but PC…not in a million years lol. It would be nice if we get something else also than just a cutscene imo, although it’s better than nothing :).

Hey guys! Does anyone know if i require Playstation Plus to participate in Nuclear Disarmament??? Really wanna get involved, but I don’t usually play online. Would hate to miss out on this collaborative effort. I have built my FOB, but havent really done all that much with it. Much less build a Nuke.
The difference in so little time, so many less warheads, its invigorating.
