Several Metal Gear games now available on GOG.com
Konami has released three of their Metal Gear games on digital distribution platform GOG.com: Metal Gear (1987), Metal Gear Solid (2000) and Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance (2003). The games’ prices are:
- Metal Gear – €5.99 / $7.14
- Metal Gear Solid – €9.99 / $11.88
- Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance – €9.99 / $11.88
On their Konami page, GOG writes:
After restoring classics like Blade Runner and Diablo, we bring you some of the best KONAMI classics in versions that are fully playable on modern computers. Join Solid Snake, Simon Belmont, and other heroes on the quest to save mankind, while having many hours of fun in the process!
Update August 2021: The games have received a new update adding support for modern controllers and more.
