Ground Zeroes Limited Edition watch on new photos

In collaboration with Wired Kojima Productions is making a limited edition Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes wristwatch, that has been designed by Yoji Shinkawa. Kojima showed some new photos he took of the item.

The watch can be ordered through Konami’s Japanese online store Konami Style. Only 1300 of these watches were made.

    Between these and the Puma jacket, Shinkawa is definitely a great fashion designer! 🙂

    Anyone know what the boxes next to them are exactly? They almost look metallic the way you can see the grain. Similar to brush metal?
    Maybe its just a regular little box with spare parts.
    Just curious if anyone happens to have purchase something similar and knows what it is.

      I have the Rising watch, the thing next to it is actually a metal plate engraved with Shinkawa’s drawing. No hidden spare parts or anything, though it would have been cool. 😉

            On eBay, a while ago. There are still a few of them around, I think. But don’t rush it and wait for the right opportunity. 😉
