‘Quiet but not Silent’ and ‘Diamond Dog’ MGSV:TPP videos now available at 60fps
Youtube recently added 60 frames per second support, and Konami has been making use of this new feature by uploaded several of their older videos at this framerate. Below you can watch the ‘Diamond Dog’ and ‘Quiet but not Silent’ video at 1080p and 60FPS.
Keep in mind that this feature only works in Google Chrome for now.
Also, the short making of showing how Stefanie Joosten was 3D captured to be used for the character model of Quiet is now available in 720p and at 60FPS.
On the Konami channel you can also find other videos running at 60 frames per seconds, including the Gamescom gameplay demo, but since that was already provided by Gamersyde earlier it hasn’t been embedded in this post.

Nope, not at all, i mean, she is a Photo model, so i wasn’t expecting anything else from her, but i’m pleasantly surprised by her acting in the “Quiet but not Silent” Cutscene/Trailer, i mean she isn’t an actress, yet she is doing a good job.
Yes we know it looks super epic in 60fps ;), but please God I’m begging you give us a release date >;O …

The 60fps feature doesn’t work for firefox? That sucks!! Guess I’ll have to check Gamersyde to see if these are available for download.
They are not, the last video Gamersyde uploaded was the TGS gameplay demo.

What’s Chrome got that Firefox doesn’t? I’ve been using Firefox for almost 10+ years, especially when a tech show recommended Firefox over IE (That’s sad).
Anything is better then IE, Chrome is just more much better, i mean it has Youtube in 60fps.
Plus, why is it a problem to have Chrome as well on your PC, along side Firefox?
I’m using chrome but fraps shows the video at 30 fps
Nevermind I wasn’t using the HD resolution so that’s why it was only 30 fps

This was in the original unveiling of this scene. No 60FPS to blame. What happens is that the hair have no collision detection so, when he made this movement half of the hair moved under his skin.

Some small errors seems clearly when 60FPS.So they need to be extremely careful…

Maybe they fix it, but if not well anyway this is such a minor thing amongst the epicness of this game so I won’t even remember or see it when I get to this part of the game. Because I’ll be busy admiring everything else I see.
This technical flaw as tiny as it is, is way older than you think. Take a look back at when GZ wasn’t even released. You can see it again.

Do I need to play portalble Ops to follow the story or can I get by without it?
To follow MGSV? Nah, probably not.
Peace Walker is in my opinion the better one after MGS3 and I recommend playing it. It should be enough to catch up with the story really well.
Portable Ops? No. Peace Walker? Yes.

Nope, you will tell the difference, believe me, everyone does, just try chrome and you’ll see the difference.
