New pictures of the Ludens figure by Figma

On Twitter, Kojima has shared some new pictures of the 1/12 scale Ludens figure by Figma that is currently in development. He mentions that because Shinkawa is supervising the production, it will look even better in the end.

“Figma’s Ludens. As Yoji Shinkawa being a supervisor, it will get even better. I want it so bad!!!”

In the background we can see a drawing that Kojima showed earlier this year during a Comic Con live event.

Final version of Ludens design. Kojima points out the small orange objects, Kojima wanted to have something that looked really technologic, that has a ‘techy feeling’. The design of these orange parts is based on the Turing machines. It looks like Ludens is carrying a spear, but it’s actually a flag bearing the Kojima Productions logo.

Was just kidding, but I am not sure if Shinkawa is even really done with the shape itself. Maybe all left is painting as you said, but I believe the shape could still be subject to very slight changes here and there. We will see.

But does it have a mini Kojima head? Still sad they never did a limited run of one of the PAKs with his head.

  • looks badass
