This Metal Gear REX by Mega House comes with an adorable Liquid and Solid Snake

Mega House Corporation, a ‘Strategic Business Unit’ of Namco Bandai Holdings, is producing an action figure of Metal Gear REX from the first MGS as part of their Variable Action D-SPEC series. It’s still a prototype as it hasn’t been painted yet. As you can see it also comes with a rather cute Liquid Snake and Solid Snake figure, which can be placed inside the cockpit.

  • I hope this won’t be way expensive like the biggest one.
Even the second one, which is half size, it’s still expensive. :/

No Metal Gear Rex for poors like me? Hahaha 😛

Figures are generally over expensive, very rarely do I find a figure which justifies its price.

A poor mans Meat Gear REX is exactly what I need.

        • I read every one of those quotes in David Hayter’s voice…It’s like seeing a pic of Morgan Freeman with text, you’re going to read it in his voice

I’d like to think the DD 003 watermark is Diamond Dogs stock footage.

  • I’m not normally one for figures and stuff, but I actually really want this REX.
I think the fact that I’m getting the Collector’s Edition of TPP kind of awakened my desire for collectibles.

Yeah I noticed the release date a while ago and my first thought was like “Do you even expect to sell any copies when you are competing with the next huge MGS game” they aren’t going to sell much at all its release will be dwarfed by TPP and the controversy that will come from the contents and release of TPP will blot out Mad Max for at least a whole month. Long story short, releasing a game in september at all is a bad idea, wait till next month, lol.

That all being said I’m still buying Mad Max 🙂 just TPP comes first, lol.

Well it is a WB Game, and developed by Avalanche aka Just Cause 2 Developers, and if you can get that Arkham Storytelling with Just Cause 2 fun, then i won’t be able to buy 1 now and 1 later, i’ll get money for both, and buy them at once!

Time sure goes fast, 97 days is nothing compared to the long waiting we’ve survived so far :).

I remember starting my summer holiday just before the 2013 E3 and all I did was watch the trailer over and over again lol, because it was so epic and was hyped as hell.

21 days more for E3 and maybe our last epic footage of TPP before release, can’t wait ;D!

Trans-Pacific Partnership…………but you didn’t hear that from me. It’s a trade agreement between the US and Asian countries. It would open up international trade but it would set higher regulations and some countries would make less $ than how trade is set up right now so many people protest that this might be one sided and benefit the US more than Asia. I don’t think they don’t appreciate art though. lol

LOL yeah that’s the TPP mainly if Doujin work or IP work should be allowed to be shared without restriction.

If they passed this, then goodbye to one of Japan’s main economic value. I doubt they’ll be able distribute various works outside of Japan once this act gets passed.

But i doubt it’ll be passed. Too many loopholes to sort out.

You can read more about it here
