Vulcanlog Venom Snake Sneaking Suit Version details and pictures
Union Creative and Kaiyodo have joined forces to bring a new series of action figures called Vulcanlog. Fourth in this line is Venom Snake Sneaking Suit Version, sculpted by Katsuhisa Yamaguchi. The 6.3″ (160mm) tall figure will feature 27 points of articulation, and comes with a whole bunch of extras, such as a cardboard box, interchangeable hands and several weapons and items. His eyes move separately from his head, so you can decide the direction he’s looking at.
The figure will release on January of next year for a price of around $60.

I hope someone starts selling the full scale bionic arm someday
After seeing how awesome the half size one is, yeah I really want the full size one.
I want that stupid arm!
I was suprised by how fucking big it is!
I don’t want to be rude, but, excuse me if i ask, do you really miss a hand?
Yup. Born that way so I’ve adapted easily . I’ve seen people who have lost limbs later in life and they have to learn how to try to do everything all over again.
I have always wondered how someone would play video games with one hand.
I’ve always thought about it as what I would do if I lost an appendage, and the main thing that would kill me is not being able to play games.
If you don’ mind me asking what did you adapt to? Console controller?
Mouse and keyboard, custom rig?
I have just always wondered this.
I use normal controllers. Xbox controllers are a little big for me though. I would be fucked if I had what they call above the elbow amputation. That little bit allows me to play games.
I essentially use my “nub?” (That’s like the best word for it, haha) and rest it on top of the analog stick. For d pads iit easier. I rests it on the whole pad and works almost like an analog stick itself. I grew up playing games so I’ve adapted easily.
For multi button things on the left side ( like the left shoulder buttons) I can reach over claw like with the right hand but it’s usually easier for me to lean it against me left leg when I’m sitting down.
You get really fast over years of playing games.
I used to love arcades. Fighting games were my fave growing up.
Dude, I don’t say this much on the internet, but you sound like quite an awesome person.
Haha. Well, thank you! That is really awesome of you to say, but in a way like most people I just deal with the cercumstances given to me.
Wow, dude, that is fucking awesome, how you have adapted and everything, like wow, that is the greatest thing I have read all year. I know it is a strange thing to say after what you said and even considering the circumstances but that is awesome, I’m impressed and think it is amazing how you can still play games, respect ( ‘ ‘ )7
Man…I would die if I couldn’t play games.
Not really….but god I would be depressed.
You adapt. I even played junk metal (like oil drums) percussion in a few bands. Essentially used foot pedals and a few other tricks.
Oh! I did get this Hori fighting controller back when I used my ps3 often.
The reason i got it was because it has the a switch that moves the two left shoulder buttons to the right two. Then what would normally be r1 and r2 are actually buttons on the face of the controller.
Don’t like the silly squared face, but the figure it’s cool and full of extras!
I wanted to buy all Big Boss figurines / statues, but after seeing the ending of the game Ill pass.
Same.
I can’t believe you told me on the forums to play pw than this game. You called mgsv shit. At should
Who me? All I said on the forums was to play PW because it was awesome, I never said to NOT play TPP, nor did I ever call TPP “shit” or garbage at all, sure I think the story is but that is far from the whole game, I praised TPP for it being PW 2.0 in MANY ways making great, but it missed a few beats compared to PW, just a few though.
Still though PW is my second favorite MGS game, every fan of MGS should play the game, I think that goes without saying considering it is a “Hideo Kojima game” it is unfortunate that MANY people missed it because it was portable, it is a great game it is a MGS game and it is a Hideo Kojima game, lol people should be forced to play it, lol.
Calm down
Who me?…………..What gave you the impression I was excited or angry? lol.
But I regret fighting with you in 2014 on mgi and calling you weaboo
? It’s cool, random stuff happens all the time, I take very little seriously 😉
Despite not knowing its meaning
Whom me? Oh I understand, and agree, lol, if you are referring to yourself, than you will understand when you finish 😉
Regrettably, I agree. I just… ahh… such a shame…
glad I just buy the GZ snake play arts fig… that’s the real BB right? or is it Chico?
Nah Chico is roaming the Afghan desert right now wearing his bikini and carrying his sniper rifle.
Sorry just had to
YOU KNOW THATS JUST YOUR OPINION!can I down vote him?
I feel like this comment pretty much spoiled the “twist.” 🙁
Ever heard of “that’s not a spoiler until someones points out it is a spoiler?” this is similar but actually doesn’t spoil anything, just because you know why he feels the way he does doesn’t mean people whom haven’t finished will understand why he thinks the way he does. He simply states he doesn’t want to buy any Big Boss merchandise after finishing the game, that doesn’t imply anything that spoils the game. Your comment will actually confuse people the most, lol, without context and explanation it isn’t a spoiler. It would be like be saying I don’t want any Big Boss merchandise after finishing MGS3, it doesn’t imply any spoilers and if I were to explain such a thing an excuse would be “He killed the boss, I don’t like that so I don’t like him so I won’t buy anything about him” the reason for not buying merchandise of a specific character could be anything.
I see what you’re saying but you interpreted my comment wrong. I have not completed the game and I do not know the twist–but this “non-spoiler” comment feels off to me.
Oh, OK, lol.
Yea, thats funny. Before I even installed the game I saw spoilers for the ending of the game but it sounded so dumb that I forgot about it. Turns out the internet was right, but it didnt spil anything for me. It’s only spoiler if you want to be spoiled.
I ended up using the Sneaking Suit like 95% of the game.
And the other 5% was the battle dress.
I use the battle dress in heavy damage battles i.e. eliminate heavy infantry/tank unit side Ops, Sahelanthropus, any main op involving a type of tank unit. Other than that sneaking suit is #1 in my usage.
I actually never used this suit and the other stuff is just useless lol
Naked ftw bro.
Sneaking Suit 100%

It’s already been discussed here, but I wanted to be safe. I don’t like the “Quiet leaving” after mission 46, I didn’t know the Butterfly emblem fix before completing it, so it took me by surprise. I expected that you’d be able to at least use her when replaying main ops, but nothing. However, I understand the point, I feel a phantom pain of sorts of not having her to as a buddy anymore, and it frustrates me because of useful she is for scouting/support, but since the game won’t be getting any DLC (which would at least have the possibility of having her back) I just feel sad that (unless I replay the whole game and do the bf emblem thing) I can’t use her again.

I think you mean after mission 43, thats when it usually happens but yea, luckily I found out she leaves Diamond Dogs and I found out how to stop that with the emblem. And I think it’s stupid for an open world game to remove features like that. If its any consolation Quiet’s ending is ambiguous so it’s possible if the Devs want it, to add her back in a patch, whether its story related or not, however it seems unlikely. If you decide to do a second playthrough make sure to make a backup save, just to be safe,

Exactly, it would be very easy to patch, DLC would be too much IMO because she was already a part of the original package, but I’d probably still get it. my problem is that i never do second a playthrough in open-world games, because (like in TPP), i already have the base and equipment developed and I’d hate starting from 0, but that’s just me. Even in choice-based games, like The Witcher or Dragon Age, I never do a second playthrough or anything like that, it’s weird I know.
How come no one is talking about the missing episodes or chapters in the game that was supposed to be jn the final version???!
Because this is a article about a Venom Snake action figure.
Baaaha!
*Puts on sunglasses: YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHH!!
They are and they have. Mentioned in older posts and talked about in the mgi forums to avoid spoiling anything.
I am surprised of this lol.
Yuck. They should get the doctor from Cyprus to do some plastic surgery on this guy cause his face is all messed up. And guys, the figures have been clearly advertised as “Venom Snake” I think it’s a great figure an’d I would get it if I didn’t already have a MiniRevoltech “Venom Snake” (I will forever put his name in quotes)
It’s cool and all but that face is fucking distracting.
I mean he looks like John Goodman in Big Lebowski or something.
Haaaha!

WTF
I don’t remember that sniper rifle being in game.
Unless it’s the auto version of the Brennan?
I just don’t remember a bullpup sniper rifle.
Yea it comes close to the Brennan. But the way they depict this in here is a little off from the ingame version, if they ever intended to depict it.
Thanks bro!
I figured that may be the case. From what I remembered the Brennan was a standard configuration rifle (magazine in front of trigger). While a bullpup has its magazine and operating assembly behind the trigger.
I wasn’t going to boot up the game just to check, as there would have went 5 hours I didn’t have time for, lol!
Anyone else do this? Turn on TPP just to check something quick, and instead get sucked in for hours?
Why do companies have such a hard time capturing his likeness? It bugs me.
I think this figure size was pretty small, so not sure how easy it is to make the right details.
Agreed. But maybe it’s just that companies style? Maybe their other figures have faces that look straight from the depths of the uncanny valley.
different positions of the eye…cool…
Oh, I’m so fat.

THOSE EYES!!
Corrected: This eye.
Fatty Snake.
So, this will be in scale with the old Revoltech figures or is it small like the new RevoMini line?
It’s 6.3″ tall, which is larger than RevolMini and slightly larger than Revoltech,
Cool, it may be a nice fig to display alongside the Peace Walker Snake fig.
Or MGR Raiden lol
The face is awful. Ruins it for me
