I wonder. Is it a direct PSP port? or the HD version port?
Anyway, nice news. However, id buy a Vita simply to play MGS PO. I couldnt finish it on the psp, the control schemes gave me headaches.

I’ve read that it’s the psp game, just enabled for the vita now.

Yep, PSP with no transfarring support. They need to do an HD version with full transfarring support. Then it will be news.

updating the controls to accommodate the Vita probably isn’t too difficult (though it did take quite a while!). I can see why they did this as oppose to recoding an old game that people can already play, though with poorer graphics. Besides…. it won’t be too long before we’re all playing Ground Zeroes on our big screens and Vita through the magic of PS4!

I’m kinda late on this… But I guess they announced it like it mattered? I mean if you bought a PSP and bought this game digitally, and then forked over $300 to upgrade to a vita to be denied access to this great game you paid for… now they won’t even properly port it and they expect it to be good news? “congratulations, we’re fixing how we screwed you.”

I put 200 hours into this game on my psp. and would but it again if it had trophy support. Please sony, konami, whoever the fuck, don’t treat your consumers like they’re stupid. you’ll end up like microsoft.
