Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will support traditional Chinese
During the MGSV:TPP stage event at the Taipei Game Show, Kojima has confirmed Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will support traditional Chinese (subtitles and menus). This is a first for the series. A press release from Konami Asia states:
By popular demand, Traditional Chinese language support has been added to “MGSV: TPP” to bring a better METAL GEAR experience to the Asian players.
And yes, that was the announcement. Either way, here are some pictures of the event by Kojima and Ayako.

This cheered me up. I laugh uncontrollably every time I see this. After these “announcements” I really needed that too.
Oh my Kojima-san is a true playa o_o, surrounded by them ladies.
Good that it support many languages :). TPP will sell such huge amounts when it finally releases all over the world, with multiplatform release.
Oh well, didn’t get much amazing news about TPP I guess (just woke up lol). My friends lets look forward to the next game show <3, whatever it might be. I have good feeling it will be GDC 😀 and see big things there.

Was it moto hellogoto who said few days ago something good, "the key is not to get hyped too much" or something like that. That can be hard for MGS fans to do. Anyway it helps a bit, the reason why I slept through the event was 'cause I knew no RD will be given either.

I give up waiting for the next game show. It’s happened like 3 times in a row now. Look forward to something and get nothing. Out of 3 game shows we’ve got one good trailer for MGO. So what were the other 2 for? I love MGS so, so much but the teasing of the fans has reached an absurd level.
I just hope we get to see TPP in GDC, because then we might get it release for June. If not then E3 maybe and release late year. While both are fine to me, I still rather get it sooner hehe ;).
Oh god, if it’s E3 then I’ll literally cry. (-_________________________-)
By the way, when is GDC? March? Also is TGS November or earlier in the year?

So if Rising 2 would star Frank Yager vs Cyborg Zombies. Kojima is even willing to write the story himself.

I think we all should celebrate that we’re getting two of the best games in its respective genres.
Best Stealth Game and Best Action Game? The Phantom Pain will be handled by Kojima himself and his team and Rising 2 is supposedly handled by Platinum Games. Two masters of its genre, and everyone is happy in all sides. Seriously what more could you ask for?

Funnily enough I think it was when I thought of it that I decided to finally create an account.
They all came from Kotaku and Polygon.
Actually thousands of people if not more from different sites etc use that twitch channel, because it was maybe the only place available. If you honestly think people here do that kind of comments you’re very wrong. And what makes you think MGI users behaved like that?

That’s where I have to disagree with you. We may be big MGS fans here but we’re not the only mgs website on the internet. I don’t know how long you’ve been in this community but I can vouch for every person who’s commented on a regular basis since I signed up to be very nice and polite to other users. Even when they disagree they show respect. That’s why I joined this community in the first place. Rethink what you’re saying in your comment because it’s a big accusation.
Seriously? dude if there where any retards that followed that link from here they sure as hell aren’t the people who comment here, so while I see the message you are trying to convey, the crowd you want to reach and are talking about is none of us who are here and are commenting, and also saying that things got really bad when the link was shared here is simply an assumption and speculation on your part and I doubt it is entirely true, you seem to be jumping the gun a bit to soon with to little information on this one, if you know anything about the community here you know that we respect others and others opinions and that we don’t like trolls and or blatantly rude people.
Aside from that part of your comment I doubt a twitch chat for a game show counts as representing the English fan-base of the MGS franchise, in all honesty what you saw there was the vocal minority and not the majority.

Imaizumi said a while ago not to go by retailers’ dates. They are usually just placeholders.
Anything with “31st” on it from a retailer is usually a placeholder.
