Celebrate the new year with a new artwork by Shinkawa

With the start of the new year, Kojima Productions is wishing its fans a happy 2020 with a new artwork by Yoji Shinkawa. With its fourth anniversary just behind it, the studio says it will ‘strive to continue bringing you the best in 2020’.

“Happy New Year! Kojima Productions, was able to release Death Stranding and mark our studio’s 4th anniversary last year. We really can’t thank you enough for your support! We will strive to continue bringing you the best in 2020.”

Meanwhile, Kojima himself is expressing interest to create something with upcoming technologies like streaming and AI.

We’ll have Tokyo Olympic in the year of 2020, and also the extreme change in entertainment industry will come in next 10 years with the arrival of the streaming and AI.
